Q: WHERE SHOULD I PARK? 

A: SDC is located on East Broadway, where there is typically plenty of street parking available. Additionally, the public library across the street has a parking lot, where spots are frequently available. 

Q: WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

A: As a courtesy to our staff and other waiting clients, we request that all appointments are cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within the 24 hour period are subject to a 50% service charge. You can cancel your appointment online, or by calling us at (617) 269-2300. In addition, SDC can not guarantee appointments for clients running over 15 minutes late. 

Q: WHAT ARE ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT? 

A: SDC accepts VISA, Mastercard, and cash. We do not accept AMEX, Discover, or personal checks. Gratuity is cash only.
